Broncos vs. Jets Prediction Today: NFL Week 6 Odds, Expert Picks & Best Bets

Last Updated: October 12, 2025 9:08 AM EDT • 4 minute read X Social Google News Link

The New York Jets and Denver Broncos clash in London this morning at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (9:30 a.m. ET, NFL Network), and my Jets vs. Broncos prediction expects a low-scoring game.
The NFL picks below also feature Justin Fields, whom I think will struggle against arguably the best pass rush. The Broncos are the 7 or 7.5-point betting favorite. You can check out all of the week's analysis via the NFL predictions for Week 6.

⬇️ Under 43.5 (-105) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sunday’s early game should provide a ton of rushing plays. New York and Denver rank 13th and 14th, respectively, in rushing play percentage at about 44% for both sides. Importantly, Denver’s big win over Cincinnati saw 38 rushing plays, and the team’s upset over Philadelphia saw 29. With the Broncos favored by 6.5 points, the sportsbooks expect them to get out to a lead, allowing them to milk the clock.
Denver head coach Sean Payton’s run-heavy scheme has helped the team go 4-1 to the Under this season, staying below the closing number by an average of 3.8 points. The books haven’t seriously cut into the number, either – Denver’s closing total last week (44) and the week before (44.5) are right in this ballpark.
Unlike the Broncos, the Jets have rewarded Over bettors with a 4-1 record. However, two of those Overs came against teams that rank inside the top six in passing play percentage - Dallas and Miami. With a matchup against a smothering Denver defense that ranks sixth in yards allowed per play (4.8) on tap, New York’s reliability for Over bettors may not hold up. Lock in the Under 43.5 for -105 (51.2%) at DraftKings to score a $9.52 profit on a $10 bet.

⬇️ Justin Fields Under 185.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐
I can’t get excited about Fields facing this Denver secondary. He comes into this game averaging a pathetic 188.5 passing yards per contest on 7.1 yards per pass attempt. While his early exit versus Buffalo is skewing those numbers, most of Fields’ games have come against beatable defenses like Dallas and Miami. Those two rank 32nd and 30th, respectively, in yards allowed per pass attempt. Meanwhile, Denver ranks seventh (5.8).
Two key stats jump out that should get you excited about this Broncos defense. Denver ranks second in completion percentage allowed (58.1%). They also lead the NFL in pressure rate (33.2%), which will be an issue for Fields, whose pressured completion percentage (36.4%) is one of the worst in the league. Although the Jets have some talented weapons who can catch the ball, Fields will struggle to distribute the rock effectively, limiting his upside.
Fade Fields by buying him to stay Under 185.5 passing yards for -114 (53.3%) at FanDuel to score an $8.77 profit on a $10 bet.
