Lions vs. Chiefs Player Props for Sunday Night Football: SNF Prop Bets Tonight

Jared Goff has thrown at least two touchdowns in 15 of his last 20 games. Bet on the Lions QB to extend that streak Sunday night in Kansas City.

💰 Best Lions vs. Chiefs player prop bets: Sunday Night Football

Our NFL player prop odds tool shows the best odds for every market across legal sportsbooks in your area.

⬆️ Jared Goff Over 1.5 TD passes (-134) ⭐⭐⭐

Lions quarterback Jared Goff has thrown multiple TDs 15 times in 20 starts since Week 3 of last season. That includes five scoring passes in Week 2 against Chicago; two against Cleveland in Week 4; and three last week at Cincinnati. It goes without saying that Goff is blessed with a multitude of weapons - far too many for any defense to control for 60 minutes.

That includes Kansas City, which has only allowed five TD passes in five games. Lamar Jackson and Trevor Lawrence each had one, but Justin Herbert had three in the opener. No quarterback, though, has more scoring strikes this year than Goff (12). Again: the weapons. Also working in Goff’s favor is an absolutely ideal Sunday night weather forecast.

So play this Lions vs. Chiefs player prop at DraftKings. The -134 price has a 57.26% implied win probability. Bet $10 to win $7.46.

⬇️ Isiah Pacheco Under 29.5 rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This looks like a very low bar for a running back of Isiah Pacheco’s caliber - especially considering he cleared it in each of the Chiefs’ past three games. Ah, but he barely did so, picking up 45 yards against the Giants, 35 against the Ravens and 36 against Jacksonville.

Pacheco has played in all five of Kansas City’s games but has yet to get more than 10 carries. Also concerning: He only had 25 yards against the Chargers and 22 yards against Philadelphia in the opening two weeks. Philadelphia ranks 27th in run defense; Los Angeles is 18th. Detroit surrenders the seventh-fewest rushing yards. Finally, Pacheco actually has 27 fewer yards than the Chiefs’ leading rusher, who is … quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

FanDuel’s -114 odds on this Sunday Night Football player prop imply a win probability of 53.27%. A $10 bet would pay $8.77.

⬆️ Patrick Mahomes Over 4.5 rushing attempts (-102) ⭐⭐⭐

As previously noted, Patrick Mahomes is the Chiefs’ leading rusher. This isn’t by design, of course, but rather because his primary running backs - Isiah Pacheco and Karim Hunt - have failed to get out of second gear. I don’t expect that to change Sunday night against the Lions, who have done an excellent job bottling up running backs.

While Mahomes does rank behind Hunt and Pacheco in carries, he’s logged more than four in all but one game (against Baltimore, he left the pocket four times). Rewind to last year’s postseason, and Mahomes has topped four carries in six of his last eight games. Not once did he have fewer than five totes.

The shortest odds on this Lions vs. Chiefs player prop are at FanDuel. Bet $10 at -102 to win $9.80 on a play that has a 50.50% implied win probability.
